• The Citrix Certified Associate - App Delivery and Security simply known as CCA-AppDS certification is designed for network administrators and engineers to validate their knowledge and skills to use and operate Citrix ADC for load balancing, traffic management, SSL offloading, content switching. In addition, it testifies examinees’ skills to protect remote access to apps, data, and desktops through using Citrix Gateway and Citrix ADC. This associate level accreditation can be gained by passing one exam of your choice, either 1Y0-241 or 1Y0-231.

  Before taking any of those exams, you need to pass a training course and be aware of the objectives tested. Besides, 6 months of experience in dealing with Citrix ADC 13 and Citrix Gateway solution as well as some knowledge of the topics related to basic networking, getting started with Citrix ADC, SSL offload, HA, Citrix ADC platforms and securing the Citrix ADC will be beneficial for you.

  Exam 1Y0-231 contains 70 questions you are to crack within 150 minutes if you are a native English speaker or 135 minutes if you are a non-native English speaker. Next, you should be proficient in configuring basic deployments, Citrix Gateway, pattern sets and data sets, along with using AppExpert and policy bind points.

  The following topics you should be competent in will measure your skills in working with the Authentication process, multi-factor authentication and nFactor in a given environment. Your ability to install VPN through configuring Citrix Gateway plug-in and Citrix Receiver, apply the Always-ON attribute for a VPN solution, configure SmartControl, Smart Access, and RDP Proxy will be examined.

  Exam 1Y0-241 contains 64 questions that have to be completed within 90 minutes (for native English speakers) or 2 hours (for non-native English speakers). The passing score for this test is 61%. The exam comprises 13 covered topics, and 5 of them differ from the ones contained in 1Y0-241. These include Default Policies, Content Switching, Optimization, Rewrite, Responder, and URL Transform, and Global Server Load Balancing.

  How can I get the products after purchase?

  How long can I use my product? Will it be valid forever?
