• The Cisco CCIE Data Center certification is the highest level of designations in the data center accreditation track. It is designed to validate your skills to deal with complex data center solutions and be the leader in data center technologies. The certification can be obtained after passing two exams: a qualifying exam (350-601) and the lab exam (CCIE Data Center v3.0).

  The first exam you have to pass is known as 350-601 or Implementing and Operating Cisco Data Center Core Technologies (DCCOR). It checks how knowledgeable you are of data center infrastructure. This evaluation also tests your skills to apply core data center technologies, including compute, automation, security, network, and storage network.

  Thus, 6 topics covered in 350-601 and the first one is focused on network. Within this topic you will be asked to demonstrate your skills in applying routing protocols, such as OSPFv2 and OSPFv3, PIM, FHRP, using switching protocols such as vPC, LACP, and RSTP+, utilizing overlay protocols and ACI concepts. In this domain, you also should be able to analyze packet flow, cloud service, deployment models, describe software updates, and deal with network configuration management. In addition, your skills to use NetFlow and SPAN, as well as streaming telemetry will also be checked.

  The second domain refers to compute and checks your competency in using Cisco Unified Compute System Rack Servers, Cisco Unified Compute System Blade Chassis, which in its turn includes network and storage management, initial setup, and server management. Your skills to explain HyperFlex Infrastructure Concepts and benefits, description of firmware and software updates, computing configuration management and infrastructure monitoring will be checked.

  The third domain is focused on your skills in storage network. This topic implies that you have solid skills in implementing port channels, FCID, Zoning, device alias, VSAN, switch fabric initialization, NPV and NPIV. Your competence in applying FCoE Unified Fabric and infrastructure monitoring, describing NFS and NAS concepts, as well as software updates will be assessed.

  The fourth topic aims to check your skills in automation. So, in this part, you should be ready to demonstrate your skills in implementing automation and scripting tools. For this purpose, you should be able to work with scheduler, EEM, Rest API, JSON and XML encodings, and Bash Shell and Guest Shell for NX-OS. Besides, your skills to assess automation and orchestration technologies will also be evaluated.

  The fifth domain is about security. The exam questions will check your skills to implement network security, compute and storage security. To be more precise, you should be able to apply RBAC, AAA, and ACI contracts, keychain authentication, port security, and fabric binding.

  All the questions contained in the exam you are to complete within 2 hours. But before taking the test, you need to pay $400. Though the exam leads to the CCIE Data Center certification, this evaluation is also associated with the CCNP Data Center and Cisco Certified Specialist - Data Center Core designations.

  So, the next step on the way to getting the expert-level accreditation, you need to pass the CCIE Data Center v3.0 certification which lasts for 8 hours. Its aim is to check your skills to provide the whole lifecycle of complex data center networks, which includes such steps as design, deployment, operating, and optimizing.

  How can I get the products after purchase?

  All products are available for download immediately from your Member's Area. Once you have made the payment, you will be transferred to Member's Area where you can login and download the products you have purchased to your computer.

  How long can I use my product? Will it be valid forever?

  CertKiller products have a validity of 90 days from the date of purchase. This means that any updates to the products, including but not limited to new questions, or updates and changes by our editing team, will be automatically downloaded on to computer to make sure that you get latest exam prep materials during those 90 days.

  Can I renew my product if when it's expired?

  Yes, when the 90 days of your product validity are over, you have the option of renewing your expired products with a 30% discount. This can be done in your Member's Area.
  
  Please note that you will not be able to use the product after it has expired if you don't renew it.

  How many computers I can download CertKiller software on?

  You can download the CertKiller products on the maximum number of 2 (two) computers or devices. If you need to use the software on more than two machines, you can purchase this option separately. Please email support@certkiller.com if you need to use more than 5 (five) computers.

  What operating systems are supported by your Testing Engine software?

  Our testing engine is supported by Windows. Andriod and IOS software is currently under development.
