• (ISC)² also known as the International Information System Security Certification Consortium is a non-profit organization dedicated to professional training and formal certification related to cybersecurity. For more than 30 years, this association has established itself as the world's largest IT security organization. This is evidenced by the fact that (ISC)² already counts more than 160,000 accredited members and does not intend to stop there, touching more and more narrow aspects of information security.

  Already today, (ISC)² certificates are recognized as the global quality standard in information security. And candidates appreciate all the benefits of (ISC)² because its certifications allow them to highlight their mastery of skills and prove their professional experience in such areas as IT administration, cloud security, leadership & operations, software security, healthcare security & privacy, and authorization. Moreover, (ISC)² has also developed the Common Body of Knowledge (CBK), which defines best practices and industry standards for information security. And on the basis of the CBK, all certification paths were developed.

  Certification Program

  (ISC)² offers many qualification pathways, each accredited to ANSI / ISO / IEC 17024. So it's no surprise that employers value applicants with (ISC)² certifications. And the following options are currently available to motivated professionals:

  Entry Level Cybersecurity Certification - This pilot program was recently designed (ISC)² and offers an opportunity for aspiring cybersecurity specialists. The main goal is to address the shortage of personnel in this field and help candidates get started on a successful career path. A pilot exam is currently in the process of being developed.

  CISSP - The World's Premier Cybersecurity Certification that belongs to the leadership & operations sphere. It is a certification program that qualifies the core skills in designing, managing, and implementing cybersecurity solutions. As such, this qualification is well-suited for experienced managers and security professionals, including network architects, security consultants, security auditors, and analysts. Furthermore, after completing this accreditation and gaining 2 years of experience, candidates can pursue advanced specializations and related certificates which refer to architecture (CISSP-ISSAP), engineering (CISSP-ISSEP), and management (CISSP-ISSMP).

  SSCP - The Premier Security Administrator Certification is an accreditation program that certifies advanced security management skills. As a result, candidates must prove their advanced technical competencies related to implementing, administering, and monitoring IT infrastructure through a variety of security policies, procedures, and practices. This is just right for database administrators, network analysts, systems engineers, and security analysts.

  CCSP - The Industry's Premier Cloud Security Certification is a qualification program aimed at information security executives whose work involves designing and orchestrating services as well as applying various methods to cloud security architectures.

  CAP - Security Assessment and Authorization Certification is a key accreditation (ISC)² that covers advanced experience in various risk management systems.
